How do I order onine?

Go to the description page for the first item you wish to purchase. Find the entry field labeled "Quantity" to the right of the item's picture. Enter the quantity desired and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. The item you've selected will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Follow the onscreen instructions to continue shopping or be brought to the secure checkout page. If you continue shopping, you will be able to add more items to your shopping cart. You can return to checkout at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" icon that will appear in the upper right corner of your screen.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Ground shipping is free for all orders. No minimum order required! Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. See the Shipping Info page for more details.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We try to ship all orders within one business day. Transit time can add one to five days depending on your distance from our base in Minneapolis. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order in less than a week. Please check our Shipping Info page for delivery times to your location.

While we carry a large inventory, there are occasions when an item is out of stock and it must be back ordered from the manufacturer. If that does occur, we will notify you by email within one business day and allow you to cancel or change your order.

Can my order be shipped by air (overnight, 2- or 3-day)?

Yes. Choose your desired shipping option at checkout. Note: Orders placed before 10am CST will generally ship the same business day. Delivery is not available on weekends or holidays. Please contact us if you have special delivery requirements.

Will sales tax be added to my order?

No, unless your order is being shipped to Minnesota. Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to Minnesota. We do not currently collect sales tax for other states.

What if items are broken or damaged in transit?

This rarely occurs as all shipments are carefully wrapped and packaged at our on-site warehouse. However, all shipments are insured just in case. Should an item arrive damaged, contact us immediately for replacement instructions.

What if I don't find the styles or sizes I need?

Please your request. We will let you know if those items can be added to our online catalog or if we can special order the item for you.

Are your prices in U.S. dollars?

Yes, all prices on our website, shopping cart and invoices are in U.S. Dollars. The conversion to your currency will be made automatically at the time your credit card or PayPal payment is processed by your credit card company. To estimate your cost in another currency, try an internet search using the term "currency converter" for a calculation conversion site.

While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
